Accidents can happen anytime, anywhere. No matter how careful or meticulous you are, you may never be truly safe from harm. Earlier this week, actor Robin Padilla got the ultimate scare of his life after being faced with a terrifying threat. On Instagram, the former action star shared his brief encounter with danger right at his very own house!
According to Robin Padilla, even in your own home, you can never be sure that you will be 100% safe. Earlier this week, Robin was fixing the water pump in their swimming pool. Since the COVID-19 pandemic began, they avoid calling in maintenance workers from outside. Instead, Robin himself fix what needed to be done in the house.

Robin claimed that the main water pump and the filter of their swimming pool were not working. He needs to manually attack a submersible pump for it to work, but before getting to work, he noticed that there was a live wire.
“Magmula nong lockdown kami kami na lang ang gumagawa dito sa Palais de Tres Marias kapag may maintenance problem hanggat kaya ng aming pag intindi dahil last option sa amin ang taga labas malaki ang takot namin na mahawa ang mga bata sa virus na COVID-19.”
According to Binoe, if he hasn’t noticed the live wire before attaching the pump, he will surely be eletrocuted. Luckily, he was able to fix things right on time before any accident occurred. Robin also used his experience as a warning to his followers.
“Ngayon umaga na ito naiba lahat ang ganap. Pag check ko ng wire hiwa ito at nakasilip na ang negative, positive at ground wire. Allah hu akbar, kung nagkataon na nagpabaya ako at basta na lamang inilipat yung pump at maiplug sa kuryente sabay lusong ako sa tubig. Yun! The end sigurado ako, goodbye Philippines!”
