Isang Facebook user ang nag-post ng edited na larawan na inaakalang talaan ng boto sa conclave na ginaya sa estilo ng resulta ng halalan ng ABS-CBN Neww bilang satire.
Ang edited na larawan na may label na “Papal Conclave” ay naglalaman ng “bilang ng boto” para kina Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost (na ngayo’y si Pope Leo XIV), Pietro Parolin, at Luis Antonio Tagle—na ‘di umano’y mga nangungunang kandidato para sa pagka-papa.
Ang mga “boto” ay tinukoy din bilang pansamantala at hindi opisyal na resulta mula sa Commission on Elections (Comelec) ng Pilipinas.
Ginamitan ng edited na template mula sa results tracker ng ABS-CBN para sa halalan sa Pilipinas sa 2025 ang naturang litrato.
Ngunit sa katunayan, hindi inilalabas ng Holy See ang talaan ng boto sa mga conclave dahil sa mahigpit na patakaran ng pagiging lihim ng proseso ng pagboto para sa bagong santo papa.
Lahat ng kardinal na lumalahok sa conclave, kabilang ang mga kasamang kawani, ay nanumpa na panatilihing lihim ang mga detalye sa loob ng conclave alinsunod sa batas at tradisyon ng Simbahan.
