In fact, in a recent Instagram story, Joshua Garcia has posted a photo of the Kapamilya actress Ria Atayde along with a sweet message that reads, “Happy Birthday rumored girlfriend!” What made the message sweet is the white heart that Joshua added at the end of his greeting.
The actress then reposted the Instagram story where she called Joshua Garcia his “liwanag.”
Ria Atayde wrote in all capital letters, “SALAMAT, MY LIWANAG AND RUMORED BOYFRIEND! LABYU!”
It’s pretty obvious that Ria Atayde and Joshua Garcia are comfortable with each other because aside from being good friends, they also belong in the same circle of friends with Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla.
However, due to their closeness, people have been spreading dating rumors about them.
Back in January 2022, a poser of Joshua Garcia on Facebook posted a fake information about Joshua Garcia and Ria Atayde.
Apparently, the poser had posted a photo of Joshua Garcia with Ria Atayde shot from their recent beach trip with their friends. the photo was posted with the caption that reads, “Ikaw ang aking liwanag.”
The post immediately went viral online wherein a lot of people believed that it was really Joshua Garcia who posted it.
However, Joshua Garcia was quick to clarify that she doesn’t have a Facebook account and that the post is nothing but a false information about him and Ria Atayde.
Given the fact that both of the have become victims of false information, Ria Atayde and Joshua Garcia have decided to make it a joke and be each other’s rumored partner.
