Amid the coronavirus outbreak, the government has imposed an enhanced community lockdown all over the Philippines. Under a one month period, people are advised to stay at home and isolate themselves in order to prevent further coronavirus cases. Even prominent personalities and politicians are not exempted from these strict guidelines.
During the community quarantine, celebrities are finding ways to stay production despite being at home. Celebrity couple Sarah Geronimo and Matteo Guidicelli chose to work at their home in Makati. Earlier this week, the couple were spotted showing off their posh home office in their condominium.
In a video shared on Instagram, we can see the actor-turned-army-reservist showing off his home office. Matteo’s home office is located near the window, which shows that they are in a high-rise condominium. Their unit offers a breathtaking view of the Metro Manila skyline.
As of now, the actor is busy raising funds to help people in need. During the community quarantine, daily wage laborers and their families are struggling. Without proper assistance from the government, these people rely on the help and support of kindhearted strangers.
Together with singer Kean Cipriano, Matteo created a Facebook page that aims to raise funds. As of now, the page has already raised almost P4 million, which is absolutely amazing, considering how this only started recently. They also partnered with record label OC Records, the Philippine Army, and Landers Supermarket.
Indeed, even though he’s only at home, Matteo proved that you can still make a difference. Matteo did not let the community quarantine to stop him from helping people in need, especiall during this crisis. The donations they have gathered will definitely be a big help to the struggling families.
