As a model, it is important to find a good and reliable photographer whom you can trust. Sadly, there are cases when professional photographers take advantage of their own models. Earlier this week, two young models sought help from Raffy Tulfo’s program to complain about a photographer. The complainants claimed that he acted inappropriately towards them during their photo shoots.
The photographer was identified as Alberto Reyes. According to both of the complainants, they wanted to raise awareness about this photographer so other models can avoid working with him.
Apparently, despite a ‘no touch’ policy, there were many times when the photographer has touched them without their consent.

One of the complainants, Sahara Manatiga, claimed that Reyes reached out to her through Facebook. He offered free photoshoot for an outdoor pictorial, but according to Sahara, Reyes did not want her to bring along her make-up artist. At first, their shoot went fine, but then he persuaded her to check in a motel.
During that time, Reyes allegedly stripped her underwear, which caused the model to be uncomfortable. Another model, Juliet Mendoza, claimed that she was also a victim of the lewd photographer.
Just like Sahara, Reyes contacted her through Facebook. Their indoor shoot also turned to an uncomfortable situation when Reyes touched her private parts.
In order to resolve this case, Tulfo consulted with Atty. Garreth Tungol. According to Atty. Tungol, the two complainants can file acts of lasciviousness case against the photographer.
The two models agreed to file a case, and Tulfo pledged that he will help them in their legal battle. “Reyes, sana sumagot ka na. Nagpo-post ka pa sa Facebook, bat di ka lumitaw?” said Sahara.
On the other hand, Tulfo also claimed that the netizens should not shame the victims for accepting the offer, rather shame the photographer for taking advantage of them.
